Over 60s tea parties a big hit with residents

The recently renovated Coniston Community Centre in Coniston Road, Patchway, has a brand new office available to rent. The rent for the office is £5,500 per annum, and all rates, insurance, a daily cleaner and bills (excluding phone and internet) are included.
