Cash stolen from 92-year-old Stoke Lodge woman while she slept
Police are appealing for help to catch thieves who stole cash from a 92-year-old woman’s home in Stoke Lodge, Patchway. It happened at about 1pm yesterday, Thursday 18th October, in the Stoke Lane/Amberley Road area. The lady was taking an afternoon nap when two men came into her home through an unlocked door and took the cash from her bag.

At around 4pm on Friday 22nd June, an 86-year-old woman was at home in Callicroft Road, when a man knocked at the door asking about building work. The lady let the man into the house.
